Description:
This original WWII production .303 barrel with front and rear sights is for the Enfield No 1 Mk III* .303 rifle. The rifling would grade at 4/10. Strong rifling is present along the length of the barrel but some pitting is also visible. Properly fitted by a gunsmith, the barrel is shootable but accuracy cannot be warranted. This barrel would be ideal for a restoration re-build. The well preserved rear sights operate correctly.
