Description:
This is a beautiful clean example of a shortened 303 rifle. The rifle would suit close-range hunting or target shooting, and bore is in good condition.
It is believed that the shortened S.M.L.E. (No. I) Mk. III* was produced for service with the Australian forces operating in jungle areas towards the end of World War II.
