Description:
This rifle has matching serial numbers on the action & bolt. The heavy barrel fitted at Lithgow SAF in May 1959 during a FTR has a shiny bore with well-defined rifling. For target shooting a cheek piece is mounted on the buttstock for easy sighting through the Central No4 peep sight. The wood is in mint condition and the metal is free of rust and pitting. As well as being a collectable, this is a well set up target rifle suitable for military discipline shooting.
