Brand new and still in its original packaging. I am currently running an identical item (pictured) and i couldn't be happier with it. This was purchased for a second rifle that never eventuated.
Made by Ranger Point Precision, the "Comet Brake" is designed to be a slim, flush fit and aggressive rifle muzzle brake that works especially well to reduce felt recoil.
This brake is made to match the exact OD (outer diameter) and the thread pitch (tpi) of the Henry/Marlin 30-30
- Tough, stress proof steel construction (salt bath black nitride 4140 steel)
- Reduces recoil and muzzle flash by approximately 25%
- To install, hand tighten and use blue Loctite, no indexing or torque specs
