Description:
This is a good rifle for helping hogs with their retirement planning. Once you have them in the crosshairs of the 1 to 4 X 20 Leopold scope their superannuation concerns will disappear in a flash. My father bought this in the mid 70s and I estimate it has fired 600 to 800 rounds. The bore is excellent. The blue shows wear from being carried many miles along the creek or between dams. The stock has a patina of light marks and minor scratches - one for every bad word I said when I tripped, stumbled or fell flat. The 336T (Texan) has the traditional straight stock like early Winchesters and even a gold-plated trigger to add some elegance to the pig's final moments. Bonus 60+ rounds of ammo for a buyer who can arrange local pickup. The scope is about 10 years old.
