For Sale:
An Israeli Mauser K98K made in Brun 1945 for the German Army and rebarreled by the Israelis in or about 1951, to 7.62x51 (.308Win) with matching serial numbers on the action and the bolt.
There is a tiny German Eagle over a Swastika on the bottom metal. At some stage a gun shop has engraved .308 on the action so they could do a likeforlike swap, I believe.
The bore is nice and clean with good rifling. It was drilled and tapped by Hennessy's Gunsmithing in Townsville and comes with Lynx brand Steel Rings and Bases.
