Description:

A 12-gauge side by side game gun with 30” nitro proved barrels with extractors, 2-3/4” chambers, tapered smooth concave game rib and front bead. Top of rib reads "I. HOLLIS & SONS. London." Chokes are Skeet and Full. Underside of the right barrel has the gun's serial number as well as the extension of the trigger guard. Barrel flats have Birmingham nitro proof marks and are steel proofed. Good clean bores, free from bulges & heavy pitting. Thinning blued finish to barrels. Faint case hardening colouration is evident on the action. The body is adorned with circular bouquets and scrolls. The action body is fit with double triggers protected by a patterned trigger guard which extends to a long length tang. Top lever is blued, lightly engraved and the left side of the thumb piece is checkered. The automatic safety catch slide has serrated engraving with up-down slide movement. Attractive stock with moderately worn checkering panels behind action, pistol hand grip. Fore-end with lever release, heel & toe steel buttplate & grooved butt, approximately 6 Lbs. 5 Oz.
