For sale: Jungle Carbine MK-1 No.5 British bayonet by Poole, dated 1946. Made for the No.5 Jungle Carbine and also used on the Sterling SMG. This example is unissued, in excellent condition, and features an 8-inch fullered Bowie blade. Poole bayonets are marked with a circled “P” and the year of manufacture. Only a smaller post-war run (c. 1946–47) was produced at ROF Poole, making these bayonets rarer and highly collectible—an ideal piece for any Lee-Enfield collection.
