Description:
This Winchester M70 Featherweight is a classic rifle that is chambered for a classic cartridge - the legendary and highly regarded .257 Roberts. The rifle is in very good condition. The bore appears to be in excellent condition and the external metal work is in very good condition but with a small patch of wear of the bluing on the outside surface the barrel. The woodwork is close to "as new" condition with elegant, high quality chequering. The rifle shoots as accurately as would be expected from a Winchester Featherweight with its relatively light barrel. It is fitted with a Nikko Stirling Gold Crown variable scope (3 - 9 x 40 mm) that is in good condition.
