Description:
Reproduction Carbine made in Germany during the seventies by Erma Werke. It is a faithful reproduction of the Carbine used in the US Civil war. This Carbine was first patented in July 1860 by G. M. J. Gallager from Savannah, USA.
The robust, nearly all, all steel construction and ease of use combined with the heavy bullets made it a very desireable weapon in the early days.
Originally Paper cartridges were used in this weapon but now we can use reloadable brass cartridges and a lead bullet. A casting die is also included.
