Winchester Model 1892 SRC Vintage Stock and Fore End Set c/w Butt Plate and Screws
This is a genuine gum wood stock and fore-end that has been removed from a Winchester Model 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine manufactured in 1921. The calibre was 32-20, meaning the fore-end will suit the smaller magazine tube that was used for both the 25-20 and 32-20.
The stock piece comes complete with butt-plate and screws in very good order.
The timber and butt-plate appears to have been re-finished at some time. Looks like light varnish/stain may have been used...? The timber has a few small marks and wear points. There are no cracks in the timber.
