Description:
This SHT L.E III* was built at the BSA factory in England in 1917. In 1942 a "Factory Through Repair" was carried out (new wood and a new bolt fitted) at the Lithgow Small Arms Factory. The serial number on the action matches that on the barrel and nose cap, and the new bolt is stamped F 52253. The bore is very clean with god rifling and at 100 metres the rifle shoots consistently in the “10”. BUYER CAN COLLECT FROM DEALER OR PAY POSTAGE COSTS
