Last of the factory open sight 700's
These earlier models certainly have a better build quality compared to equivalent later 700's.
Purchased new a few years ago to use as a hunting rifle.
Only used it a hand full of times, has maybe a packet of ammo through it.
In excellent condition bar two small marks from handling in the field (trigger guard and fore-end).
I love 270 its a comfortable to shoot classic long action round that reaches out with momentum and open sights are a blast in the scrub.
