Very good (possibly excellent) condition controlled round feed rifle, a few hundred shots at best. Made in the New Haven Plant in the good old days of Winchester. Shoots very well with 130gr pills and the few heavier factory loads I tried in it.
I have too many guns and spend more time deciding which one to take than actually hunting.... so a few must go.....!
Clean bolt face, 24" barrel, set of Conetrol mounts included but you may want to get some silver finish bases to match if fussy about such matters !
I bought this from a friend & collector who worked for a big firearms importer in the 90's and it was only ever used for a few trips.
Nice crisp trigger, basically 'Old school' Winchester goodness in a contemporary Stainless Steel package. (I wont insult potential buyers by putting a cheap 4x Chinese scope on this fella just for the sake of it !)

Very versatile as the 130gr projectiles are very pleasant to shoot and can handle 90% of game whilst the heavier loads can easily take Sambar or the beasts of Northern Australia.
