Description:
An excellent sambar rifle. This Siamese Mauser in 45/70 Government is in great condition. The bluing (browning on the barrel) shows no appreciable wear. The walnut stock has an attractive grain and is in fine condition with generous checkering. Comes with scope mounts but no scope. 45/70 reloading dies included. There is nothing to indicate who did the conversion but it has all the hallmarks of an English gunmaker. A rifle to be proud of - but unfortunately one I no longer have a use for.
