Description:
It's all here,totally original and unmolested in any manner.Untouched from the perished recoil pad to the original crown.
LEUPOLD SCOPE AND RINGS NOT INCLUDED.
All metalwork in very good state..best described as a dark grey parkerised type of finish.
Time and tide have caught up with me for this long sought after project.
Full set of original aperture sights as were issued by the Australian army as backup for optical.Rear sight fits to top of action in place of rear scope block.Also included are two sets of scope blocks,Leupold and a new set of original issue Parker Hale.
Correct steelhinged floorplate/magazine/trigger gard assembly included for M82 project.
Rifle has been well used as a big bore target rifle,but well looked after.Test groupings with Interlock hunting handloads were all around three quarter moa,100 yards.These tx s always had a reputation for reliable performance.
I hand over my project to somebody who can finish and appreciate it.I am lead to beleive the only remaining example M82 now resides in the Canberra war museum. Buyer responsible for their transfer and postage costs.
