Description:
This was made by Shane Clancy, arguably Australia's best gunsmith at the time, about 10 years ago. The aim was to build the lightest tactical rifle possible. Rem 700 stainless action, fully trued, thick recoil lug, pic rail, Lilja barrel (22 inches from memory), all black cerakoted. You won't get a better or more accurate setup for the weight.
