Side by Side Hammer Action 12gauge shotgun
Fires as it should and Breach opens and closes smoothly
I found this gun to be from around the 1961 vintage.
It has plenty of scuff marks on the butt and steel/engraving has some age showing, but the gun still functions as it should.
All mechanical parts, firing pins, hammers and rubbers look good and work.
As for the choke - I believe it to be fully choked on both sides but don't have the tools or knowledge to measure it correctly to be more accurate than that.
Stamping indicates it's an O.S.C.A.R ( Zanano ) shogun but extra stamping also indicates it's a Luigi Belleri shotgun. I can't find a lot of history on this actual gun only that both Zanano and Belleri families were Italian gunmakers back in the early to mid-1960s.
I love the look and feel of this old girl but I no longer have a use for her.
