Description:
For sale is my Rem 788 in 222.
Haven't had it for very long & reason for selling is that I've recently acquired a 222 in Sako A1 which suites me better ( no I'm not a snob!)
The Rem operates flawlessly & groups reasonably well with 21 gns of BM1 & 50 gn Soft points, the only load I have tried given it was good enough for me with 3/4" groups @ 85 yards. A couple of small , but noticeable all the same bumps on the stock.
Comes with one spare mag plus approx 50 fired rounds
Asking $675 , freight transfers for buyers care.
