Description:
Springfield M1903 Mark 1 in good condition.
The Mark 1 was produced near the end of WW1 for use with the semi-automatic Pederson device.
The project was scrapped soon after and all modified rifles were returned to standard specs, except for the ejection port cutout on the left side of the receiver.
This rifle has a barrel dated 5/20 with a good bore. Very accurate.
The stock is a CMP replacement item. Overall good condition except for a small chip behind the rear tang.
An interesting variant of the M1903 rifle and a good fun shooter.
