Description:
A rare collectable Winchester Model 1912 manufactured in 1913.
This was the beginning of the famous Winchester Model 12 shotgun which had the reputation of being one of the best pump action shotguns ever produced.
They were first produced in 20ga. only then in 1913 the 12ga. model was introduced. Later in 1919 they were sold as the Model 12.
I bought this gun to add to my collection in 2012 from a dealer at Inverell, NSW for $1,200.
Considering it is coming up to 110 years old it is in good condition for its age.
Most of the bluing has worn off , stock appears to have been refinished at some stage. Full choke 24 inch Nickel Steel barrel, some pitting internally, 5 shot magazine.
Selling as is to a genuine collector who would like to own a piece of Winchester history.
