Description:
BSA-made sporting Lee Speed rifle in .303 Cal. Made C1900. Excellent engraved action with a fair bore but which should still shoot well. Fitted with a 10-shot magazine. Barrel has a full-length rib, combination leaf (100,200,300 yards) and a sliding ladder sight from 400,500,600,700,800,900 with the last marked 1000 yards. Engraved action, barrel, trigger guard, magazine plate and butt plate. Striking grain pattern with checkered pistol grip with a checkered fore-end and an ebony cap. Fitted with sling swivels, flattened bolt and matching SN's on the barrel, bolt and frame. Fitted with a magazine cutoff. Presents well. Reluctant sale but this rifle has to go, so all reasonable offers will be considered. Buyer to pay postage and transfer costs.
