Description:
This rifle has 95% of original finish and is in very good condition. There are no issue marks on the butt. It was manufactured in 1944. judging by the Serial No. it was manufactured by BSA - but it is difficult to determine. The left side of the receiver/action body is also stamped M147C.
There are two small dings on the right hand side of the wood work (check the photo), but no marks on the left hand side.
I have owned the rifle for 23 years but have never fired it.
