A custom ordered Weatherby Mark V Weathermark rifle in excellent condition.
Rifle weight 7.2lbs
The #2 contour fluted barrel cuts precious pounds for backpack trips. The hand-laid fiberglass Monte Carlo stock with aluminum bedding blocks gives this rifle a strong foundation to make the cross-canyon shots when the opportunity presents itself. The spiral fluted bolt body aides in the reduction of weight, and the Cerakote® finish on all metalwork guarantees a life of rugged dependability.
TriggerTech's trigger provides true zero-creep break, extremely short over-travel, and is externally adjustable. Precision cut stainless steel components ensure consistent trigger pulls from shot to shot in a safe, reliable, and corrosion resistent package.
Accubrake ST - By adding an Accubrake ST the felt recoil is reduced by up to 53%. With a perfect brake-to-barrel contour. Enjoy the benefits of a 300 Win Mag with a recoil similar to a 308 Win.
54 Degree Bolt - the shortest in the industry (as compared to typical 90 degree bolt throw). Allows for faster chambering on foloow-up shots and greater bolt-to-scope clearance.
Standard option of the Weathermark Mark V rifle cost over $5k in Australia and are not available in 300 Win Mag.
