Standard SMLE No.1 Mk III* Serial number U 17588 marked B.S.A. This rifle is complete and the bore condition is fair. It’s timber has the small scars and marks that would be considered as normal, considering its military service during and after WW2, then its subsequent years following public sale. Hand painted Rack number 10 still visible on butt. A good prospect for refurbishment.
