Description:
The rifle was purchased second hand from an owner who claimed it was carried more than shot for deer hunting. Having had smaller C/F guns I bought it purely for bench rest centrefire enjoyment at my local range. It has a long action meaning there is no spacer block in the mag and allows longer loaded bullets out to near 2.9".
Achieved grouping 0.5 to o.8 MOA 100m out to 200m in fly shoots..
Cleaned after every shoot, lightly oiled and stored in the safe where it now sits. I must sell as I have a health condition severely affected by recoil. So there will be no return to large caliber and heavy recoil centerfire toys. Regrettably one must accept challenges life throws at one and sell of some toys. It also comes with projectiles, RCBS dies, a bag & about 300 unused cases. Pick up preferred over mailing this lot.
