Description:
Remington P14 sporter in 303. Has had action milled to remove sight ears, and a 1 piece scope base adapted to fit. After market barrel in very good condition, with very tight chamber. No head swell at all compared to other exmil 303's I've had. Sporter timber with a reasonable finish and some figure. Not sure what type of wood it is. Action is bedded into stock.
Trigger is lightened. Blueing very good.
Like any P14 / M17, they are a massive lump of metal, so it is quite heavy. An absolute pussycat to shoot due to nice stock shape, and weight. Quite accurate.
Getting rid of unused / rarely used guns to rationalise and focus on others.
Located lower Hunter region NSW, but often travel so am flexible with transfer.
