Brand new, out of the box. Only fired 2 shells at a shotgun meet to see if it cycles Winchester 1200fps. It does. I bought it with the intention of hunting but that has not happened. Purchased for $1850, will sell for $1200 + dealer transfer (you pay this depending on where you are, dealer transfer is on top of $1200).
