THE PRICE INCLUDES THE POSTAGE the grade would have been excellent but has showed little wear and never modified from new.
The only Fazakerly on this site and used guns.
It's been my backup rifle, a perfect No. 4 Mk2. As can be seen this is a complete matching numbers lot. The receiver, magazine, timber showing the same PF367618 serial number the bolt (never did, only the year/same bolt from new). It has sent less than 200 rounds down range, and its physical condition is proof of that. As can be seen in the images and the Parkerizing on the action, bolt, and bolt handle shows minimal to no wear. Dated September 1953, and like all No. 4 Mk2’s it was manufactures at the Fazakerley plant in Liverpool.
I bought it new from Lawrence Ordnance in 1998, unpacked it from its original grease, some of which still appears on the wood, and have looked after it ever since. The threads were lead filled and are not visible, but could be melted out if a scope was desired to be refitted. Reason for selling I actually didn’t like the feel or orra of the gun even thou others admire it.
It’s just some people don’t like plastic or brand of guns that is why the low number of shots.
