Description:
The Swing is a 4-lug heavy single-shot target action. The action is bedded in an aluminium block. The barrel is a 3-groove, 308 Maddco barrel, about 1200 - 1300 rounds old. The teak stock, made by Stan Smith in Sydney, while somewhat aged, is still fine.
I stopped shooting about 14 years ago, but took a long time to get to the point where I could let this favourite go. It has been carefully stored all these years, but it needs someone who appreciates good equipment. It shot in 2 World Championships, plus many other national and state competitions. The only times it missed were when the operator failed.
