Description:
Parker Hale 243win in well used / well worn condition.
Timber is fair. Checkering is well worn, plenty of small dings etc, but nothing unrepairable. Most of the original varnish scuffed.
Bluing is well worn, but there is no rust or heavy damage to the metal - just old and very well used.
Feeds / functions perfectly, and is absolutely reliable.
Barrel is worn, but still shoots 3/4" with speer 85gn soft points and 2209.
Selling to consolidate.
Selling basically as action value only, but it is perfectly usable, accurate and reliable. Use as is as a cheap ute gun or a young blokes first larger rifle etc. Or, strip it and build something big / interesting.
$400 comes with old weaver bases and rings only - no scope.
RCBS 2 die set, 60+cases (mostly 3-5x FLS), and whatever loaded ammo I've got (close to 100 rounds) can be negotiated for extra $ if someone is just gunna buy it to use as is.
