Completely original condition WW1 1918 Model and not subject to WW2 re-issue restoration. (An unmolested kit bag bring back).
Serial 443888 is 1918 United States Property (Military Issue) on Colt Site.
Good bore. Comes with 2 Mags. (1 Period, 1 Spare New)
All parts are 100% original. The new spare mag is not, but cycles perfectly.
Still a tight and solid firearm that shoots very well. Used on 2 x Collectors meets only. The original 1911 design, unrestored patina. Pitting is not as deep as the high quality pictures appear. To re-blue would just de-value, I think it's cooler original. Original grips look great and feel 100 years old.
