Description:
Unfired Dan Wesson 15-2 "GOLD SERIES" VHS Target Revolver with 6" vented and Heavy underlugged barrel shroud barrel not is flush. Blade foresight (Single Allen Screw), adjustable Rear Sight with White Triangle below cutout. Gold plated Trigger 18ct. 6 round rebated cylinder, latched on left side.
The finish is High Gloss Piano Black. Engravings on left side are Gold inlaid Right side frame has the Ser. No B005570 and "Manufactured in "Monson" Mass. & .357 Magnum Cartridge on the right underlug.
The grips are polished Zebrawood with a Gold on Black DW disc each side.
Research lists it as produced C1975 to early 1980's in the "MONSON" factory, Dan Wesson died in 1978 making this one of his last and great precision revolvers. It comes in it's original case with Monogrammed Commemorative plates on lid and inside, with Original barrel tool and Instruction book & Warranty card. Possibly the only one in Australia, if interested I have more photos and info.
