Pecar 4-10 x 45 Variable Scope

Steel, 1 inch tube.

Total length of scope - 358mm

Flat top picket reticle with fine, horizontal cross wire.

This is not an image moving scope, so the picket appears to move to the right as you wind the power up. It's not a fault, and you are still on target.

The picket reticle is for fast target acquisition, mimicking an extended arm with a pointed index finger, which our brains identify quickly.

Serviced by the late Fred Horton around 20 years ago. Fred received technical training in Pecar's Berlin factory. The scope has been out of the safe only a couple of time since then.
