Martini action rook rifle. The action cocks, fires and ejects but the safety does not work. Loading lever locks into the closed detent position.

25" barrel marked W.H Tisdall, Birmingham

There is no caliber marking but a chamber cast confirmed 442 Webley, also known as 442 Kangaroo.

6 groove barrel looks 8/10 condition. All over pleasing blue / brown patina to metalwork.

One standing rear sight marked 100. Two folding leaf sights marked 200 and 300. Front sight bead present.

Plain wood stock with horn forend tip and horn butt plate. Worn chequering. Sling swivels missing.

An interesting piece of Australian farming / kangaroo culling history.
