6.5 x 55 Swedish calibre is praised for mild recoil, high ballistic efficiency and excellent terminal performance on medium to large game. Cold hammer forged stainless steel light hunting contour, built to resist harsh weather and moisture, roughly 6 pounds making it an exceptionally nimble for carrying through brush or mountain stalking.
Current configuration in a MDT Oryx chassis but comes complete with the original Tikka Black poly stock. Oryx chassis has adjustable cheek riser, length of pull and butt, along with bag rider and MDT M-Lok GRND-POD bipod.
The Tikka has a 20 MOA picatinny rail along with Nikko Stirling Panamax Long Range 8-24x50 illuminated HMD glass 1" scope.
This unit has been used for 1000 yard range in sporter class.
There are 3 and single shot mags to suit the Tikka chassis and 3D mag for Oryx chassis.
