Description:
Mauser K98 G33/40 MOUNTAIN CARBINE
Rare rifle, one recently went up for Auction in Melbourne for $7,000 ($8,000 after all costs)
So here is your chance to own this rifle at a lot less!
Bore is good, strong rifling with shine down the barrel. its not Mirror shine like a new bore, but it surprisingly good for almost 80 years old
Metal work is good but has some blemishes. There is some rust on the metal, worse is butt plate, but its surface rust and can be removed. I've seen many youtube videos showing how to.
Woodwork is good.
Bolt is mismatched unfortunetly.
Post is $100 to your dealer (excluding WA)
