These original Denver CO. ones were essentially made by hand, and you can tell. They are a real work of craft. Rarely seen for sale, and collectible in the USA.. Reluctant sale on this vintage piece.
This is the 'push-trigger-forward-to-set' version.
Central blade pops out ahead of the main shoe body.
Set extremely low pull weight maybe 2ozs, with ultra clean break.
Can be used unset while hunting with reasonable trigger pull.
Numbered "47", but no rifle make stated. Very early Canjar.
This one has some cold blue over fitting marks around pivot pin hole, otherwise original blue, worn on edges etc.
In perfect working order.
